Submission Dates & Guidelines

Submission Window:

��20 December 2024 – 30 November 2025

Important Notes:

• All films must be submitted before the deadline.
  Late, lost, damaged, misdirected, postage due, stolen, or misappropriated entries
  will not be the responsibility of the festival.
• Entry forms that are incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, illegible, or inadequately filled
  will be rejected without notice.
• The festival committee reserves the right to accept or reject any film without
  providing specific reasons.
• Once submitted, the film will be treated as final.
  No changes, re-submissions, or replacements will be accepted under any
  circumstances.
• It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the submitted film is free
  from physical or quality defects, and is festival-ready.
